Why the qu9 app Different?

There are plenty of betting apps in Bangladesh, but qu9 stands out because it was built with Bangladeshi users in mind from the ground up. The interface is in Bangla, the payment methods are local, and even the app notifications come in Bangla.

Many apps leave your phone running hot, draining the battery fast or causing screen lag. The qu9 app is optimized with exactly these issues in mind. Games run smoothly even on devices with 2 GB RAM, and enabling battery saver mode cuts power consumption even further.

One of the best new features on the qu9 app is Quick Bet. When a match is live and you need to move fast, a bet is placed in just three taps — pick your odds, enter your amount, confirm. Done. You won't miss the moment that matters.

The qu9 app is genuinely good. I used to play on the mobile browser and pages would often take ages to load. Since downloading the app, that problem is completely gone. Slot games load really fast.

Everything is displayed in Bangla, so it's easy to follow. The notifications come in Bangla too — that's my favorite part. Payments are super quick as well.

This app is great for football betting. Odds update fast during live matches, and the Cash Out feature really comes in handy. One request though — please add more cricket events.

Sports Betting on the qu9 app — the best mobile experience

Nothing beats a mobile app for Sports Betting. Bet on cricket, football, tennis, badminton — any sport, anytime. The qu9 app includes a live score tracker that keeps you updated on every moment of the match.

IPL, BPL, EPL, World Cup — during major tournaments, the qu9 app opens special betting markets. Place your bets before the match or adjust them as the game unfolds. In-Play betting odds shift every second — knowing when to bet is the strategy.

App security — your information is protected

The qu9 app uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by banking apps. Your password, payment details, and personal data are fully encrypted. When you use biometric login, your password is never stored on the device.

The qu9 app includes two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. Any login from a new device requires OTP verification, and the app automatically locks after a period of inactivity.

New users also receive a deposit bonus, giving you more to play with right from the start.

There are a few common fixes for login issues: first, check that your internet connection is working. If you've forgotten your password, tap 'Forgot Password' and an OTP will be sent to your phone number. If you're on an older version of the app, update it. If the problem persists, reach out via Live Chat support inside the app — help is available 24/7.

No — under qu9's rules, each person may only hold one account. Having multiple accounts on a single phone violates our terms and risks both accounts being closed. However, one account can be used across multiple devices (phone, tablet, laptop).

Yes, qu9 app support is available in Bangla. Just type in Bangla in the Live Chat option inside the app and a Bangla-speaking support agent will respond. The support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you'll typically get a first response within 5 minutes.
